• Playgrounds

  Our playground will be out of use from tomorrow (1 February 2022).  Children have been informed this morning and will be on the field at break times for the remainder of the week. 

  We are having renovations completed to improve playtime provision for the children and are having the current playground markings removed and new markings painted across site. 

  Please be aware of the works if visiting the school office. 

  Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

  Children in Need

  Thanks to your generosity, we will be donating £186.61 to the Children in Need appeal.   The children thoroughly enjoyed throwing wet sponges at Mr Marsh and spending the day in the PJ's and spotty clothes doing lots of fun activities in class.

• Christmas Concerts

  Tickets for our Christmas Concerts are now for sale through your School Money accounts.  Our performances will be taking place on Tuesday 7 December at 6.00 pm and Wednesday 8 December at 2.00 pm.

  Our Little Acorns and Oaks are really looking forward to entertaining you.

• Non Uniform Day

  A massive congratulations to our amazing readers!

  We have had so many children receive a Reading Award in assembly this week that they have made it all the way around our school hall!

  We are so proud of them for reading so regularly at home, we are having a non-uniform day to celebrate on Thursday 14th October. 

  Well done to all of the fantastic children who consistently read 5 times a week and thank you so much to their parents for the support!

  

• New Reading Circle

  When children returned to school after summer, there was a big surprise waiting for them.... our reading circle is here!

   

  Thank you to all of the children who worked hard through litter picking drive and a big thank you to our PTA supported our fundraising efforts through holding school events and stalls on sportsday. A massive thank you to all of the families, local community, and local businesses, including ADM Agriculture LTD and Plevins, who supported us in raising the money. Your support for the school enables us to provide better opportunities for the children.

   

  The children have been enjoying stories read by their class teachers and will soon use the reading circle to share their writing. 

  

• Tuck Shop is Back!
